# Phase 3C review notes

## Verified by supplied screenshots

- Latest tenant provisioning job for tenant 1 is marked `completed`.
- The shared business database is `desiryva_business`.
- `desiryva_business.branches` contains tenant 1 / branch code `MAIN` / `Rajsol Tech - Main Branch` / `active`.

## Code review observations

- `TenantContext::current()` resolves the active tenant through the authenticated user's active membership and checks that the tenant itself is active.
- `TenantContext::requireRoles()` checks membership role before allowing branch management.
- `branches.php` scopes branch list, edit lookup, update and status-toggle SQL by both branch ID and current tenant ID.
- `TenantBranchSync::sync()` reads branches for one tenant from the central registry and upserts using the business database's unique `(tenant_id, branch_code)` key.
- Business database records have a composite scope index on `(tenant_id, branch_id, module_key)`; application modules must still include tenant and branch predicates in every query.

## Not yet proven

- Cross-tenant authorization behavior has not been exercised with two disposable tenants.
- No real business module data exists in `tenant_data_records` yet, so data-level isolation has not been demonstrated.
- Dedicated healthcare provisioning, encryption-key backup/restore, and least-privilege grants have not been tested end-to-end.
- Live XAMPP browser testing and cPanel deployment testing remain outstanding.
