# DesiRyva project review – 3 November 2026 snapshot

## Review inputs
- Uploaded `desiryva-ai.zip`
- Uploaded `desiryva_core` SQL export
- Uploaded `desiryva_business` SQL export

## Confirmed database state
- Core tenant ID 1 is `Rajsol Tech`, status `active`, business type `CRM`.
- Owner user ID 2 has an active `owner` membership for tenant ID 1.
- Core tenant branch ID 1 is branch code `MAIN`, status `active`.
- Core database connection for tenant 1 is `shared`, key `desiryva_business`, status `active`.
- Latest core provisioning job is `completed`.
- Shared business database has the `branches` and `tenant_data_records` tables, but both tables are empty in the uploaded export.
- The uploaded branch table indexes include a unique `(tenant_id, branch_code)` key. The data-record index covers `(tenant_id, branch_id, module_key)`.

## Problems corrected in this package
- Provisioning now synchronizes central branches to the shared business database before setting the connection active and job completed.
- New tenant creation inserts a central `MAIN` branch so the tenant can be provisioned immediately.
- Branch create/edit/status changes trigger a synchronization attempt.
- Branch management is restricted to tenant memberships with role `owner` or `manager`.
- Business dashboard reports central and synchronized branch counts.
- Phase 3 migration checks for `updated_at` before adding it.
- The uploaded encryption-key file was excluded from the deliverable. Generate a fresh private key locally.

## Remaining gaps – do not treat this as production-ready SaaS yet
- `tenant_data_records` is only a generic foundation table; there are no complete CRM, ERP, POS, Pharmacy, Gym, Salon, School, Doctor Appointment or Hospital workflows in this project.
- Every future module query must be scoped by `tenant_id`; branch-specific data must also be scoped by `branch_id`. A database connection alone does not enforce tenant isolation.
- Permission catalogue, role-permission mappings, user-role assignments, tenant module assignments and subscriptions are empty in the supplied core dump.
- Staff login and complete staff/manager permission administration are not implemented.
- Healthcare provisioning creates an empty dedicated database; clinical schema and healthcare workflows are not included.
- Automated end-to-end tests have not been run against your live XAMPP databases. PHP syntax checks passed in the build environment only.

## Safe next validation
After applying the package and SQL migrations, run the SQL checks in `README_PHASE3.md`. Do not delete or recreate your current databases.
